Your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you receive from Raphaël Vavasseur Art.

15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Eligible Items

• Fine art prints — eligible for return if received damaged or defective.
• Canvas prints — eligible for return if received damaged or defective.
• Original paintings — eligible for return if received damaged or significantly different from the listing description.

Non-Eligible Items

• Items that have been framed, mounted, or altered.
• Items returned without prior contact and approval.
• Digital downloads.
• Custom or personalised orders.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at artist@raphaelvavasseur.com within 15 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a photo of the item if it arrived damaged.
3. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at artist@raphaelvavasseur.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
